Paradise Pole Festival (PPF) is the first festival in the state of Hawaii dedicated to the Art of Pole Dance. PPF serves as a vibrant celebration of artistry, skill, and the unique expressions of movement that pole dance encompasses. Join us to experience the strength and creativity that make this community truly powerful. TITLES
DESCRIPTION
1. Miss Tease (Burlesque and artistry) The title “Miss Tease” highlights the element of provocative flirtation and intrigue — the ability to create an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement for the audience. The key is your ability to captivate the audience through eye contact, body language, and presence. Taking off parts of costume is allowed and encouraged (view restrictions in General rules and regulations).
2. Miss Fierce (Strength and balance) - This title rewards the strongest and most technically challenging tricks, regardless of the style you choose. Mesmerize the audience through choreography highlights power and difficulty, balance, stability and coordination.
3. Miss Erotica (Sexy and desirable) - Your dance awakens the audience’s hidden desires. Seduction, tenderness, passion — all flavored with light provocation and elements of undressing. The one the audience watches with bated breath, unable to look away. Provocative outfits, expressive choreograph and the title is yours.
4 Miss Rock (Rock n’ Roll) - A title associated with a combination of femininity and rock music. It represents a blend of elegance and rebellious spirit expressed through attitude, appearance, and lifestyle. Miss Rock girl has a bold personality and loves experimenting with her look. The fusion of music, drive, style, and your rebellious energy will help you claim this title.
5. Miss Theatre (Musicality and lyrical play) - A metaphorical title for the ideal stage actress, symbolizing the finest qualities of theatrical mastery and creative stage energy. This nomination is for performers who stand out through expressive acting and storytelling. Costume, presentation, character, and dramaturgy matter here. What’s important is how well you integrate a specific character into your choreography and merge all these elements into one cohesive image.
6. Miss Old School (Classic and graceful) - One of the pole dance styles that emphasizes the classic beauty of Pole Dance in its traditional form. Old School is the foundation of all other pole dance styles, filled with beautiful movements, smooth transitions, and musicality. Old School is one of the most musical genres: the music is melodic and emotional, often rock ballads, pop singles, and blues.
7. Miss Flow (Seamless and fluid) - Imagine you are water viscous liquid or a languid cat. You move smoothly through tricks on the pole and on the floor, “flowing” from one element into another through dance transitions. The most expressive and fluid performer will take this title.
8. Miss Exotic (Dynamic and musical) - Classic Exotic Pole Dance choreography emphasizes captivating transitions and technical complexity, inviting participants to express their creativity. You have the freedom to select any music that resonates with you, allowing for a personal touch in your performance. This service not only focuses on developing choreography but also encourages you to showcase your musicality through dynamic movement.

Queen of Paradise - The best overall
performer. The title of “Queen” is awarded to the performer who accumulates the highest number of titles and spotlight awards in pole dance contest. This prestigious recognition highlights exceptional skill, artistry, and dedication in the art of pole dancing.

2.21. GENERAL REGULATIONS
1.1. Festival dates: 5-7 June, 2026
Pole Dance Contest date: June 6, 2026
Venue: PoleArity Studio, 111 N King Street, 2b, Honolulu, HI, 96817
1.2. Age requirement: 18+ at the time of application. A valid passport/ID is required at the event.
1.3. Participants must not have any medical contraindications for sports or dance activities. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the event.
1.4. Participants must comply with the requirements of the organizers and their representatives and follow all festival rules and procedures.
1.5. A participant has the right to withdraw from the performance at any time (the registration fee is non-refundable).
1.6. The participant must appear on stage according to the announced performance order. Missing your slot or being late (for any reason) is considered a withdrawal and will result in disqualification.
1.7. Only festival participants and authorized staff are allowed in dressing rooms and backstage areas.
1.8. The organizers will conduct photo and video recording of the festival and retain exclusive rights to distribute and use the materials. The registration fee includes professional video and three photos. Extended media packages are available for an additional fee. Information about photo and video packages will be published later on the festival platform.
By submitting and paying registration fee, the participant gives full consent to the publication and use of any photo and video materials featuring them by the organizers and cannot revoke this right.
1.9. Any special effects, loose materials, or props must be approved by the organizers in advance.
1.10. Costumes must match the theme of the performance and convey the artistic meaning of the routine.
1.11. Participants are recommended to wear elegant dresses for the award ceremony.
1.12. A SM chat will be created for festival participants to share important information and answer questions. Questions can also be sent to the organizers via direct messages.

1.14. Participants are allowed to use grip aids for the pole approved in advance by organizers.
1.15. Participants must use both spinning and static poles.
1.16. The organizers reserve the right to make modifications to the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of the festival at any time.
1.17 The organizers reserve a right to not accept registration fee upon review the video submission.
PROHIBITED
1.1. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules at any time before, during, or after the festival for serious violations or disrespectful behavior (the registration fee is non-refundable).
1.2. Any insults or disrespectful behavior toward the organizers or participants are prohibited. All disputes must be resolved through the organizers.
1.3. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs from registration until the end of the festival.
1.4. Smoking and drug use are prohibited in dressing rooms.
1.5. The use of any loose, gaseous, liquid, or other substances during performances must be approved by the organizers in advance.
1.6. Full exposure of intimate body parts is prohibited.
1.7. Participants are prohibited from using moisturizing creams, oils, or lotions within 24 hours before the performance.
1.8. Performances must not promote violence, insult any religion, political views, or racial identity, or depict cruelty toward any living being.
1.9. Music containing racial, religious, or other offensive content is prohibited.
2. APPLICATION PROCESS
2.1 The Paradise Pole Contest features an open level format that emphasizes stage experience and personal expression, allowing participants to showcase their unique skills and celebrate their performances. Applicants will be selected based on their submitted videos. Applicants can focus on multiple titles (up to 3).
Final performance does not have to be the same as submission video performance. The judges will evaluate participants based on the chosen titles and grant additional spotlight awards await the most successful participants, culminating in the title of Queen of Paradise Pole Fest.
2.2 Performances duration must be between 3:00 to 5:00 min long. All performances that exceed 5 minutes will have their music cut on
the night.

Application and video submission is free.
2.3 ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE APPLICATION SUBMISSION.
2.4. Videos must be submitted as YouTube links, with a maximum length of 2 minutes and no edits allowed; only one video per participant is permitted. Competitors should ensure their submissions align with the chosen titles and showcase performance skills, including tricks and floor work, regardless of the setting and difficulty of elements.
3. REGISTRATION FEE
3.1 Registration fee is a voluntary contribution toward organizing the festival and is non-refundable in case of withdrawal for any reason.
3.2 Registration fee of $120 must be paid within 3 business days after the participant has received the approval confirmation email. Payment details will be emailed directly to the participant. Screenshot of registration fee payment must be emailed at paradisepolefest@gmail.com
3.3 The fee includes professional photos (3 edits and all raw files) and videos (1 motion video, 1 single angle), 10% off all workshops during festival, 5 % off photo shoots during festival, complementary after party entry.
4 STAGE SPACE & POLE INFO
There are 2 poles that are going to be used for performances. Stage right static, stage left spinning. This means if you are standing on stage and looking out at the audience, the pole on your right is static, and the pole on your left is spinning. Two Platinum Poles/Stainless steel/45mm. Poles are 9 feet apart, 11 feet tall.
5. MUSIC REQUIREMENTS
5.1. All music must be emailed at paradisepolefest@gmail.com before May 15, 2026
5.2. Music duration must be between 3:00 and 5:00 min long. All performances that exceed 5 minutes will have their music cut on the night.
5.3. Lyrics must not promote violence, hatred toward any social group, cruelty toward living beings, or political or religious propaganda.
5.4. Music is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to avoid duplicates. If another participant has already reserved your track, it remains assigned to them.
6. AWARD CEREMONY
6.1 The award ceremony is the culmination of the festival. Participants are kindly asked to dress elegantly. Winners receive prizes and gifts from sponsors. Judges’ decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
6.2 Only one participant will receive the special CASH PRIZE and crown – Queen of Paradise Pole Festival.6.3 All the participants will receive a certificate of participation. The winners of titles will receive special prizes and gifts from the festival.
